It is, in fact, not far. Bibione is only 14 hours’ drive from the Danish/German border which is manageable without a break.
The nearest airport is Treviso Airport, that with help from the low-cost airlines, has gained international popularity. From Treviso Airport there is only approximately one hours’ drive to Bibione, but despite the short distance it is rarely visited by Scandinavians unless they are travelling domestically.

Tourist attractions in Bibione

Bibione is the epitome of summer holidays. The nearly 12-kilometer-long beach promenade and the blue waves of the Adriatic Sea are the foundation of the city’s great appeal.

Of course, Bibione is mainly a summer holiday destination, but it is also a great destination for spa holidays, and many of the big hotels are open out of season, also during the winter, when it is time to relax.
Even though the campsites are in rows and closer to each other than the sun beds on the local beach, it’s necessary to book a place well in advance.
